Intracranial aneurysms - a battle against time

Introduction: Intracranial aneurysms consist in abnormal dilatation of the cerebral arteries, most frequently asymptomatic, with symptoms appearing case aneurysm rupture. From an imaging point view, a cranial CT scan shows subarachnoid haemorrhage caused by rupture and “gold standard” for diagnosis is angiography.
 Case presentation: A 49 years-old female, Ukrainian refugee, presented unique comitial crisis chronic headache. Following MRI performed Kiev, it was decided to perform bilateral carotid vertebral angiography our clinic. Clinical imagistic results showed giant left middle artery aneurysm. Postoperative, patient had favourable neurological recovery, no deficits. Additionally, control highlight complete occlusion complications.
 Conclusions: Cerebral represent high-risk vascular condition that needs be precisely diagnosed, surgical clipping should as soon possible.
